“ During my stay in Detroit, I had most of my dinners at this place. Very flavourful grilled chicken with hot and garlic sauce, served with various side options i.e. rice, fries, bread etc. Their burgers and pita rolls were great too. Probably one of the best peri peri chickens I had lately. Staff is very nice and efficient. Ambience is cozy and relaxing. Plenty of parking space available outside. ”
“ All the food is Halal, and a Halal certification is displayed on the desk. The taste and concept of the chicken are similar to Nando’s, but the grilled chicken here is more tender and fresher. This was the best dining experience I’ve ever had in the USA. ”
“ I’m very, very glad that “The Port of Peri Peri” finally opened!! While many eatery’s have increased their pricing, I do have to say that this place is worth every “Peri” penny . Plentiful chicken options but I specifically chose the following highlights: *Peri Cassava Fries* which came with two delightful dipping sauces. *Veg Burger* because I prefer to be different (medium spice level), which is hotter than locally, standard medium. *Steamed Vegetables* which were nicely & lightly seasoned. *Sultan Power drink* note it doesn’t have any caffeine but includes some sugar and stevia. I chose the ginger and honey drink which was perfectly satisfying for me. I would definitely order the same again but will try the other diverse protein options before I have their chicken which is what they’re well known for. Now...Order up & welcome to Rochester Hills. ”

“ Went there after firing them from HFSAA website. ALHAMDULILLAH! it was more than expected. Brotehres in the front were really nice friendly and professional. Food came up within 10 minutes which was amazing. Taste was really good but next time I will just make sure to make it well done. Rather that that a none other thing than a five stars. “ The sauces and flavor of the chicken and lamb were really good! I was craving Nando's and found this place instead. The yuca fries are a must try, I love how it's cut into cubes so you get more seasoning per bite. The only thing that bothered me a bit was that the lamb was a bit overly charred and overcooked, but otherwise was decent. ”

Definitely satisfy my hunger. The falafels were a medium heat (spicy), just perfect. My favorite is your lemon flavor which is mild. ”
